Common ATS gaps
- CBSE / ICSE / IB on the JD while the CV never names a board.
- B.Ed or TET only in an image header.
- No class size or subject, so the match looks empty.
Keywords that only count with proof
Name the board, grades, and subject in the role line. Put B.Ed under Education. Lesson planning belongs in a bullet, not only in Skills.

- How long should a teacher CV be?
- One page is typical unless you have leadership (HOD, coordinator) across schools. Lead with the current board and grades.
- Should I add every workshop?
- Only workshops that map to this JD (inclusive classroom, IB CAT). A long workshop list looks like stuffing.
